Excellent Customer Service, Quality Work, Dependable Prompt Response Time and affordable prices. We have used Rich Services several times over the last few years on two properties. They have repaired various A/C, Heating and Electrical issues at both properties. Josh completed the majority of service calls and has always been very professional, dependable and took time to explain in detail what the problem was and the options available to fix each problem with an estimated cost upfront. Too many companies try to selll you a new unit that is not needed and can be very expensive. Josh was honest and only replaced the damaged part if that was an option.
