Rich Services, a Electrical and HVAC Contractor, has been awarded the contract to construct a ground-up community center in Round Rock Texas. The Vizcaya Community Center will include a 10,000 square-foot fun center as well as swimming pool, tennis courts, pickelball and bocce courts with great trails and lake for residents of the new development.
Completion is expected in 2016.
