Award reflects company’s consistently high level of customer service

Rich Services, a full service Electrical and HVAC Contractor has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the consumer review service in 2013.

As Angie’s List states “Only about 5 percent of the companies Rich Services competes with  are able to earn our Super Service Award. It’s a mark of consistently great customer service.”

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2013 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, have a fully complete profile, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.

Press Release – Rich Services has won the contract for the new First Texas Bank in Killeen, Texas. The project consists of 10,717 square feet and is expected to open the Summer of 2014.

Press Release – Rich Services has teamed with Goff Construction to build Vista Community Church a 31,850 square foot, new Church in Belton, Texas.

The facility is expected to open in the summer of 2014.

Press Release – Rich Services has been awarded a new 14,771 square-foot primary care clinic in Killeen, TX. Rich Services will partner with Structura on the clinic which is expected to open in the Spring of 2014.

The clinic features 24 exam rooms and two treatment rooms offering services such as primary care, family medicine including the care of infants and children, women’s health (ob/gyn), as well as on-site x-ray and laboratory services.

Rich Services has began work on a new state-of-the-art Cinemark Theaters in Temple, Texas. The new 46,430 square foot 12-screen, all-digital movie theater featuring the new Cinemark NextGen cinema design concept will be open by the end of 2013.

Rich Services has been awarded Austins newest full service hotel, the Holiday Inn Austin Airport. This brand new Full Service 138 Room, 90,545 sq. ft., 4 story Holiday Inn is centrally located near Austin Bergstrom International Airport boasting easy access to Circuit of the Americas and Downtown Austin. The hotel includes a full-service Bistro Restaurant and swimming pool.

Press Release – Rich Services has been awarded the new Killeen Transportation Facility. In partnership with J Jacobs Construction will build the new $2.15 million, 9,500 square foot facility.

Press Release – Rich Services has teamed with Best Construction to build Luvida Memory Care, a 14,052 square foot, 24 room assisted living center in Belton, Texas.

The project will be a fully outfitted memory care facility that will include a full kitchen with hair care and activities center.

Rich Services has been awarded the new Azbell Electronics office and manufacturing facility.

The single-story, 22,930 square foot facility will be located on 3.5 acres in Belton Texas.

Rich Services is proud to announce it will help break ground on the $6 million, 40,000-square-foot facility which boasts 24 bowling lanes — eight of them in a semi-private, adult setting — a two-story laser tag arena, laser maze, arcade games and a full-service bar and grill.

The project is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2013.
