Rich Services has been awarded the new Tropical Smoothie store in Harker Heights. The store is expected to open in July 2018. There are more than 650 Tropical Smoothie stores nationwide in the U.S.  The Harker Heights store is the first store in Central Texas.

Rich Services will help complete the HVAC and Electrical work on the new community center in Nolanville, TX. The project is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2018.

Rich Services has been Awarded Electrical & HVAC for a new car wash coming to Killeen. Galaxies Express Car Wash, will be setting up shop at 1300 East Stan Schlueter Loop sometime this year.

Press Release – Rich Services has been awarded the new 8,000 square-foot Lakeline Village retail store in Cedar Park. The store will consist of over 8,000 square-feet of retail space and is expected to open in the Summer of 2018.

Rich Services has been awarded the new Killeen Oral Surgery Center. The new building will be 7,500 square foot.

Rich Services, which specializes in Electrical and HVAC Service and Construction, has been selected to construct a community center in Georgetown Texas.

Work will consist of construction of a 20,787 under-roof square foot amenity building with an outdoor swimming pool, 1,884 under-roof square foot auxiliary restroom building, and other outdoor amenities. The parking lot is currently under construction and will be complete prior to start of the construction of the amenity building.

Rich Services, a Electrical and HVAC Contractor, has been awarded the contract to construct new plasma donation center for BPL Plasma in Copperas Cove. The center will be a 10,000 square-foot and should open in January of 2018.

After the successful completion of the Killeen Zaxby’s, Rich Services has been selected again for the Temple location. With seating for 90, the new 3,900-square-foot location will reflect the Zaxby’s farmhouse design.The Temple Zaxby’s restaurant is being constructed on South 31st Street, across from Scott & White Medical Center-Temple. The area now features new restaurants and apartments.

Rich Services, a full-service Electrical and HVAC Contractor, has begun construction on the new Raising Cane’s Restaurant in Copperas Cove, Texas. The project consists of approximately 3,000 sf structure. Completion is expected by late 2018.

Bealls will open a new store in Copperas Cove, Texas in October 2017.  The 23,000 square foot store is located in the Five Hills Shopping Center at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 190 and U.S. Highway 190 bypass.
