As a commercial company with over 150 national locations, it is difficult to find a reputable company we can consistently rely on. Sara at the front desk was very polite and courteous. She was able to help me with any billing questions I may have. The technician and company didn’t try to sell me services or items I didn’t need.
Their rates were very reasonable, I had a different company Rhode which charged me $70 to climb a ladder calling it difficult access. Rich services, working on the same unit said it was nothing more than an 8 foot ladder needed to access the same unit.
It is previous experiences like this with other companies that will keep me working with Rich Services in the future.
