I was very satisfied with with the performances of Rich Services. I had an electrical problem in my kitchen. I called for appointment the receptionist was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and the fee was very reasonable. I will call them again.

We have called or had several people out to look at our air conditioner which has been leaking off and on for a couple years. They have either not shown up for a repair with no phone call letting us know or have said nothing was wrong, yet we have still had leaks. I called Rich Services who sent someone out the same day and when Deborah from the office knew Josh would be late called to let me know, that was a nice surprise. Once Josh was here he noticed right away a problem with our drain piping and fixed it. He also let me know to keep an eye on it to make sure it is fixed completely and guaranteed his work for 90 days. I was extremely happy that someone actually did what said and guaranteed the repair done. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for a great experience.

Prompt and excellent service. I called needing an annual service and inspection of my HVAC system, and they were able to come out the next day and complete the service. As a commercial company with over 150 national locations, it is difficult to find a reputable company we can consistently rely on. Sara at the front desk was very polite and courteous. She was able to help me with any billing questions I may have. The technician and company didn’t try to sell me services or items I didn’t need.

Their rates were very reasonable, I had a different company Rhode which charged me $70 to climb a ladder calling it difficult access. Rich services, working on the same unit said it was nothing more than an 8 foot ladder needed to access the same unit.

It is previous experiences like this with other companies that will keep me working with Rich Services in the future.
